私は、水彩画と陶芸を専門とする学際的なアーティストです。作品では、アイデンティティ、嫉妬、比較、そして自己認識に伴う複雑な感情を探求しています。心の病を経験した自身の体験をもとに、脆さ、美しさ、コントロール、変容の間に生まれる緊張関係を考察する手段として、アートを用いています。
スキーに親しみながらバイエルン地方の田園地帯で育った経験は、私の視覚表現に大きな影響を与えました。山々や森、移り変わる天候、自然の質感は、現在も作品の雰囲気と感情的なトーンの両方に影響を与え続けています。私にとって自然は、単なるインスピレーションの源ではなく、内省や逃避、そして癒やしのための空間でもあります。
特に、スタジオジブリの映画や日本神話をはじめとする、日本の視覚文化から強い影響を受けています。そこに見られる柔らかさ、精神性、象徴性、そして静かな感情の強さが融合した表現に惹かれています。その影響は、色彩や物語性、没入感のある空間表現に現れているほか、写実性と夢のようなイメージとの間に、調和を生み出そうとする姿勢にも表れています。
I am a multidisciplinary artist who specialises in watercolour painting and ceramics. My work explores themes of identity, envy, comparison, and the emotional complexity of self-perception. Drawing from personal experiences with emotional illness, I use art as a way to examine the tensions between vulnerability, beauty, control, and transformation.
Growing up skiing and living in the Bavarian countryside deeply shaped my visual language. Mountains, forests, shifting weather, and natural textures continue to influence both the atmosphere and emotional tone of my work. Nature functions not only as inspiration, but also as a space of reflection, escape, and healing.
I am particularly inspired by Japanese visual culture, including Studio Ghibli films and Japanese mythology. I am drawn to the way these traditions combine softness, spirituality, symbolism, and quiet emotional intensity. Their influence appears in my use of color, storytelling, and immersive environments, as well as in the balance I seek between realism and dreamlike imagery.
