There are two big warehouse stores in Takeo. They sell most of materials whatever you want.
Unfortunately, there are not oil paints or watercolors or acrylic paint.
But, If you go there, you can make some special plan or design with these materials. (There are daily goods too)
Maybe you can build your own house while you staying in Takeo…
