マーゴ・スキピナは、視覚的演劇、とりわけクラウン（道化）と人形劇に焦点を当てる演劇実践者です。現在彼女は、テレビの視覚的な言語やリズムに着想を得た新作の無言パフォーマンス「ライブ放送」の創作に取り組んでいます。このレジデンスでは、作品の核となる部分の構築に集中し、自身の視覚的かつ身体的な演劇手法を実験・創造するためのラボラトリーとして活用することを意図しています。
Margo Skipina is a theatre practitioner with a focus on visual theatre, particularly clowning and puppet theatre. She is currently developing a new wordless performance, “Live Broadcast,” inspired by the visual language and rhythms of television. Margo’s intention for this residency is to dedicate concentrated time to constructing the core of this new work, using the residency as a laboratory for experimentation and creation within her visual and performative practice.
